Wild ABRA keeps using Teleport to escape from battles when I want to capture it. Help please :(

just go to a place where there weak, and just throw a quick ball.

or, get a pokemon with the abiity arena trap (diglit) or a pokemon with the move mean look(golbat). upon encountering abra, send out diglit or golbat, if golbat use meanlook first.
then weaken and capture

abra uses teleport as a first move in ALL it's game versions

For other alternatives you might be able to use bind.

The harder the fight, the better the prize...well, hopefully.

Or you could you taunt, which will force it to only use attack moves,but it has none so it will do nothing. Taunt will only last4-5 move though, so be quick with things.

Unless you find an Abra above Lv. 16, when it learns confusion, or more likely, evolves into Kadabra, then it's going to teleport. -.-
