Any web hosting sites just like wapka, but compatible with comp,ban and won't ban me?

i'm trying to find a good mobile site builder, i have no access to a computer, so i can only use a mobile site builder(and phn.me is the worst out of all XD) i don't care if they suck, i meant if they are easy to use, and safe. There are none that are great, really. And wapka.mobi is actually a PRETTY good host.
I do suggest building it from scratch, though.
