Mo´Creature Mod
Portalmod ( I had to uninstall TNT-Mod)

BTW I got Guns, Vehicles, and Planes, all with TooManyItems!

I use a mod that adds a extream mode to the diffaculity, so that every night at dawn you have to rush into your house or get trampled by zombies. (Its really fun with MoCreatures mod because some of those mobs are bad and you see them everywhere!)

I know a mod that dose not require mod loader, its called MovePlus it allows you to climb walls, dash, double jump, swim faster and hold your breath longer, and it makes you mine SUPER FAST!

I have the Yogbox completely installed. And I can't install mods with out an installer for anything.

could the the toomanyitems mod be compared to invedit? i don't have the game, but i'm interested. (i have invedit for terraria)

Yes you can, after you get ModLoader start a new world and walk around for a bit, save and quit, you can now install mods on 1.8.1 :D
