i AM going to get this game eventually. there is no want.
anyway, is terraria run completey on steam? or is it a downloaded program? (ex.: could i log on on any computer, or is it software stored on my hard drive?) i'd really love to know. it would be awesome to be able to play from a school computer

Terraria,it's updates and it's payments are all issued to Steam.Once you buy Terraria from Steam for $10,even updates automaticly get added when your offline :3
