The most links were deleted!

Links get removed for more substantial reasons than for when links get added. In addition to the very basic requirements shown at the bottom of the Affiliate Links page, the next biggest thing is that the site has significant content, i.e. a site with just a chatroom doesn't deserve to be on the list. (I'm not referencing any specific website when I say that.)

Catch my drift.

Some of us told them about some dead affiliates. It needed a bit of housekeeping honestly.

It's my job to help the next generation, and set a good example for them. And for that I'll gladly lay down my life.

I've warned Website owners that any site that is not done or currently under construction does NOT belong on the list. You're allowed to retry and submit for approval, but it will be lurked first. :D
