The GTS should make all the lvls on Reshiram & Zekrom under LV.50 in grey so when people try to get them under LV9 it wont work

I am very tempted to buy a new AR (because my first two broke) and get all these lv. 1-9 Reshirams, Zekroms, Reniculuses, etc. just to steal their shinys and piss them off.
