Powerups and Items: Which is your favorite, and why?

(First off, I apologize if there's a thread already like this. I looked back into the older posts, and didn't see anything.)

Basically, just tell us what your favorite powerup or item is. It could be anything, from an armor piece in a RPG or a Spread gun drop in Contra.

My favorite is definitely the 'Once Again!' flower drop from Super Mario RPG. If you're lucky enough, you could get THREE in a row, or more. Man, that's pwnage at its purest.

The button I carry around doesn't necessarily make things EASIER...

My favorite power up is Kirby`s ability. I mean the possibilities are endless. He(or she) also has a cute factor.

As for unfair/illegal power ups, it`d be the XYZ manipulator and Drill shots for Metroid: Hunters for the DS.

My old action replay let me play like a stealth plane. Then I`d lay down napalm. Good times.
