Which is game is better? Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 or Gears of War

I don't prefer either in terms of a shooter game. But based on merit alone (for each game), the Gears franchise has more to offer. The story is better, the music is better, the gameplay is smoother and easier to learn, and the graphics are gorgeous.

Also, Epic Games (the publisher/creators) actually work on their games, instead of re-skinning an old one and adding semi-new features.

So...in short, Gears of War is better.

i play CoD alot, and gears is way better, although unforgiving. also i get tired of playing in a match filled with 4th graders singing and talking crap while they are complete n00bs.

If idiots were planes, this place would be an airport.

Between the 2? Cyanide.
They're both practically copy/pasted versions of the previous, with a few changes.

They both lack color because brown and gray is aparrently needed in shooters.

They have extremely annoying fans when playing online.

And for both, like I said, there is no originallity. If you've owned onw COD/GOW, you've owned them all.
But between the 2 I guess I'd pick GOW. At least it isn't a COMPLETE copy/paste. And the more online modes the merrier.

GOW FTW the story is waayyyy better and you don't have to worry about n00bs as much. Plus you rarely hear a whinny little kid who thinks he's the best

TF2! Why? F2P, Updates every week, custom maps, custom mods, don't have to worry about K/D ratio, SPUF server and humor.
