Scariest Video Game Boss of All Time

By the way, in my head creepy and scary are two different things (and I've never really seen any bosses that actually scary). But seeing as I realised that I'm the only person on the planet that thinks that, here is what I think is the CREEPIEST boss, I don't actually get scared by bosses so it doesn't really count for anything.

Psycho Mantis (one of the Metal Gear Solid games):
He has what is probably the biggest 4th wall break ever. It reads your memory card and tells you what you've been playing recently, he reads your moves before Snake can unless you switch the controller port, and then there is the laghing pictures of the games creator on the back wall (yes, they lagh). And on a note unrelated to the 4th wall, his face is just creepy.

If everyone who followed their dreams made it, we all would be famous.

SA-X from Metroid Prime and Giygas.

The SA-X is very scary because you spend the whole game avoiding it, and the music that plays when you are in the same room, and the ominous foosteps.

Giygas is basically a bunch of creepy distorted faces that are trying to kill you, and your only hope is to pray to earth to help you. That's creepy.

The scary is BOSS is when is... YOU... when pack your charater with loads of action replay cheat! they may scare you...but you're load nuclear bomb ready to blow!

Scariest boss: Marx Soul from KSSU. He's creepy, hard to kill, and when he dies,SCARY.... Plasma ability helps 100% of the time. (i sound wimpy i know it)

I'd have to say Diablos (Monster Hunter series).

Just try fighting this thing alone. And even in most groups, you get buttmongered like no tomorrow.

These aren't bosses, but they're about the only creatures in any game that creeped me out.

I was low leveled when I first fought one, so I had some trouble. It was this tiny mole with a robe, a lanturn, and a small knife, and it just wouldn't die. Every turn it just took a small step closer and I kept wondering what it was going to do when it finally reached my characters. And then it just stabbed tifa and she died immediately. They still kinda creep me out.
