To the contrary. In order to get the project completed asap, Hull needs as many helpers as he can get, regardless of skill level because imposing such a requirement will ostracize many. Specifically needed are people who can produce original concept art, sprites, and tiles. Few have volunteered however, and of those few, even fewer have been devoted; thus, every raw bit of material being wanted for submission.

That maybe true, but the reason I don't just accept anyone is because you never know what kind of content it will be... original or copied.
