Theres as much of a chance that the world will end tomarrow as there is on December 21st. It could happen anytime. Millions upon millions of factors will determin when it ends.

Depends on what you mean by the world "ending" Do you mean human extinction? All animals extinction? All living organism extinction? The world physically getting destroyed beyond repair? I'd say the world will probably be destroyed when the sun explodes millions of years from now, but whether or not humans will even still be in existence by then is another quuestion :p We'll definitely be dead by any case so I don't care xD
