The Hunger Games Series Upsets Me

The series itself is rather well and could be on my list of favorite books. Except one thing. The ending. The ending of the series angers me so much.

They way they went through all the trouble to get to snow's mansion, just to have the rebels show up. They killed finrick. My favorite character. Then killed prim out of no where.

I think you should be sensitive to the people who may be new to the series and care about having the story being spoiled for them. If you want to discuss this, go ahead, but either tell everyone you're about to drop spoilers, or even better don't mention them. Thanks.

Yeah, it upset me too, I couldn't get past the first chapter because the writing was so bad.

I thought it was excellently played. Katniss could not have made a better choice.

The ending was not at all what i expected. Out of all three the second, Catching Fire, was the best and the movie was a total let down to anyone that has read the first book. It skipped a lot of the good stuff ,but for tose who have never read the book... it is a good movie. There are no extremely violent scenes and i cant wait to see the next one

No extreamly violent scenes? That makes up half the book! I want the movie to be as gory/violent as the book.

Would be better rated R. I prefer less kiddy like movies.

They would find a way. Thier parents would take them, etc. A larger adult based audiance would be there as well. Either way it works out fine. Rated R would be alot better to watch.

But. It would be even better if it were rated R. It being a good movie has been declared, (well I havn't seen it). But it could be a even BETER movie, if it were rated R. Simple

kion, i dont get your logic. it was a great movie. PG-13 shows that its not a kiddie movie, but more appealing to people 12-18, which im pretty sure is THG's target audience.
