They might; Facebook does record information they receive supposedly to better your experience on their site. Even if you delete that account, there are still things that are saved there forever. Facebook isn't a good place to store/host images. You should do that with a dedicated service like TinyPic, Photobucket, or ImageShack.

I THINK you can upload images from your DSi, although I'm not one hundred percent sure on that. I do know you can on a 3DS.

Using google chrome you right click the image on the pop-up menu click Inspect elements and on the menu that pops up there will be a list on the left side of files click the one that says pictures and find the picture your trying to upload and click it and it will pop-up in the box on the right with a link take that link and put it between [ imag ] Url here [ / image (no spaces)

First download it onto your computer. Re-size it on pixlr.com to 220px (optional, but it makes your profile look a lot better on DSi). Place the image on ImageShack. Get the DIRECT URL to the image and place it on your profile by using this code, [ image ] url here [ / image ] (no spaces). YOU'RE DONE!

Instead of resizing it there, resize it on tinypic.com, and it will host it for you
