We have or have had Painting Auctions on DSiPaint before, although I don't know if it's still a feature. People could enter a drawing to have a guest's painting added to their gallery.

That feature was a way to let unregistered/unlogged-in users keep their painting(s) by logging in at a later point, and had nothing to do with auctions or bids. It no longer exists.

New feature can be under settings every user a
can make a mark which represnts that user and it shows up in the corner of every painting they make
