lol. Maybe they want glass pane? I don't know how to get it though because glass block is good enough for me lol

You get glass pane by getting 6 glass and fill the bottom 2 lines in the craftingtable.

You need to get 6 glass and put it in a square in a crafting bench and you will get more than one glass pane.

It's true - when sand is heated enough, it becomes glass. You can see it near the end of Transformers: Revenge of the fallen.
