They're both cool in their own way. It doesn't really matter in my opinon. However, I do have a Vita.

Vita cant hold a charge. ,has the worst interface ever thought of and just doesnt have good games. 3ds has better control, better games, smoother interface and isnt a blatant rip off of their competitor's system.

on the PSVita, we have 2 touch screen, graphical power of a PS3, PS3-playing...

Vita has horrible control. It holds a charge as worse as linsey lohan. and thats saying somthing. The games on it suck, and they have no clasics on the vita that will still be cherished in 10 years.

For the record, it's not a good idea to mock autism. Seriously, people these days make me question who's gonna represent my generation.

Anyways, the Vita is actually a brilliant system. Tons of great features, a very sleek control system, two touch pads

And no games whatsoever.

Seriously, there are a few decent games out, but right now, you're best off getting a 3DS.

Perhaps in the future, the Vita will have some decent games, like the way the PS3 started. Or it could end up like the PSP Go with a severe lack of support.

Try Kid Icarus: Uprising, Mario 3D Land, NSMB2 (iffy on that one), Resident Evil: Revelations, Kingdom Hearts and Mario Kart 7 as the most prominent examples of quality gaming.

The 3DS's graphics are actually better than those of the PS2 (haters, shut yo mouths), the 3DS has great controls (I'm particularly fond of the circle pad- the analog sticks on PS consoles are terrible), and the 3DS has more [decent] games already out for it... As if the PS Vita stood a chance, Nintendo has dominated the mobile gaming market ever since they made the original Game Boy...

3DS is much better. The Vita is a fail, like the PSPGo or whatever it was called.

It's one thing when you fail at grammar and spelling, but, when you write one word and mean a completely different word, you're not even trying... Given that I cannot understand what you wrote due to its incoherence and terrible grammar, I shall assume you are supporting the 3DS entirely... Because the PS Vita is a failure as a mobile gaming device. You would be foolish to even consider the possibility of it being better. I think someone mentioned that you could play older games on the PS Vita. If that is true, then good for the Vita, but the 3DS probably still maintains a greater game library, thanks to its backwards compatibility with DS and DSi games and, also, its eShop (which provides both eShop games and DSiWare games).
