i have a friend whos dad works for nintendo he told his dad about tmj and he said that if the tmj is a hit nintendo may buy it and put it on shivles

Anybody who thinks that story isn't true... It's possible. They DO have Nintendo places in areas other than Japan I think...

Of course they do. But, I doubt Nintendo is going to pay any mind to TMJ. Just because Nintendo has to worry about bigger projects to be released for their fans.

If this could happen:
Pros:
- Gameplay wouldn't rely so much on internet connection
- Better graphics
- Overall better gameplay

Cons:
- What Moulder stated (^)
The harder the fight, the better the prize...well, hopefully.

Might be worth pointing out that at this stage of development amounting to an assorted collection of small demos, I would estimate TMJ to be realistically worth no more than US$500. I see no reason why a publisher would invest in such a venture, nor why HullBreach would part with the project after feeding the flame for years. From the beginning to 3DS, TMJ was billed as the DSi browser's first real MMO; currently it has moved on and intends to become the 3DS browser's first real MMO. Ideally it embodies portable browser homebrew, and shopping the whole thing to a company undermines that.

I'm uncomfortable with tossing around specific numbers, hence me not giving any. If I spent years on a project that was not only the basis for a basic online multiplayer game and comprised of hours of designing layouts, sprites, tiles, scripts, and mechanics, but also the subtly ever-present glue that binds countless members of this community: I would cherish it. My point here is that TMJ is a fundamental piece of this website, and that will not change easily.

With all due respect, anonymity has better motive for that. Regardless, this post shouldn't be about proving your truthfulness; it should be about why you think TMJ on DS is a good idea.
