As a Hardcore Pokémon Player, I'd say Pokémon Battle Revolution, although Poképark was also really good.
(Only got to play the first one, though.)

I like most of the Wii Games I've played, but a few of my other favorites are Smash Bros. Brawl, Animal Crossing: City Folk, Endless Ocean: Blue World, and Kirby's Epic Yarn.
