i have a Wii(second generation i think),but i was wondering how good the Wii U really is.......

The Wii is like the 5th gen. of Nintendo consoles. Even though the WiiU is pricey, the graphics are dropdead amazing! That doesn't mean I would buy one though, Xbox 720 is coming out. Afterall.. N8)
