html can be programming in a way. like this for an example:

if that shows up properly here. also, i use w3schools too but some people dont like it. i dont really either, but i have no better source for information that doesnt look like crap. it doesnt have everything though.

Anyway, I have no problum with w3schools, But I heard that W3 never is accruate around php, is true?
Also, cutie4, Scripting is no more then memorising code and there functionality. Html and css make good starting points.
Css is quiet easy to learn. it makes designing accross several pages easy. But note that it cannot add any content to pages, It just styles it internally or externally.
