Personally, I don't see why Apple wants to sue them. Doesn't Apple have enough money already? It gives them a bigger market share since they could use the legal precedent to sue other companies.

It stops Android from using features; the court is allowed to grant injunctions to stop these features.
If they were suing for the features Android has they can't sue Samsung about that since they didn't make Android. They can. They would be more likely to succeed since they'd use their previous case as a precedent.
Could they actually banish a phone after millions of people purchased it already? I'm quite concerned since I have the phone. The court should find Samsung "not liable" since these aren't big enough issues. If they don't they can't ban people from using phones. This is only civil law.

Rumor has it Google is planning to sue Apple for using some android feature. Just a rumor though. I used to love Apple because of Jobs, but now that he's gone I'm really getting sick of Apple.
i hardly use phones,so idk what model phones are good, and which ones are bad.
Come on, people, this is just a standard back-and-forth battle between two tech companies that keep leveraging a broken patent system. No need to get your fanboy rage in full force. Besides, some of the components in the iPhone are made by Samsung.
