3DSPaint Glitch. Caused 2 hours of work to go down the drain.

Anyone care to explain why I just lost two hours of work to a very vague message saying 'Unknown Error'? You can see the work in the 3D Photo Gallery.

Electroic used for painting: Win 7 laptop

Paint app used: 3DS Paint

Extra Notes: I was using it on 200% value to use the screem better. Tested paiting on this zoom value and the painting saved successfully. Was painting for two hours, zero internet activity during this time period.

Problem: Painting refused to save, even after an hour's worth of attepts.

I can assure you this is no glitch, and many people have lost their paintings in a similar manner. The error message means that the paint app couldn't reach the server to save your painting. Almost certainly your login session timed out. None of the paint apps will typically allow you to save your image if that happens. For the sake of account security and server usage, it should not be expected of a website app to ever provide stability to work around that.

Some tips for future attempts:
1) The login timer is 30 minutes, so if idle on one page for any longer, you get logged out.
2) Keep the homepage open in another tab/window and click a page once in a while to keep yourself logged in.
3) Manually save every so often, even if the app can autosave.

Catch my drift.
