If it's going to be that type of game where you start off w/ little money,then you get rich from doing mission,maybe the start off armor could be a peice of junk you buy off a Black Market type of weapon and armor stand,same applies with the weapons

You should start off with the best armor, then get jumped by a hobo & lose it all. Then at around lvl100, you find the hobo... TIME FOR REVENGE!
Which is worse, ignorance or apathy? Well, i don't know and I don't care.
