Well, first off you'll have to find out Hull's server, username and password. Then if you plan on changing the member records, you'll have to learn mySQL (unless it has phpMyAdmin). If you want to "improve" this site, I recommend you learn php and javascript (you sound like you don't know them).
Also, once you have logged in to the server, change the email and password so Hull can't get back.
Make sure you have lots of money (I'm sure he won't want to pay for the servers now) and you won't get ad revenue as that's on a different account.

Once you have destroyed this site, watch as Hull contacts the server company, restores the password, gets back the original site with his backup and smashes you with the IP-sweep-ban-hammer.

That is my informative guide to hacking this site. I assure you that your plans will fail.
