I think that the Professor Layton games for the ds would be good movies. (they already have a movie but it is in Japanese =p)

Metal Gear Solid series. The game's cutscenes are so freaking long (some are about more than 10 minutes), the game looks like a movie. It would be epic if they did a movie about the MGS series.
