Arceus Sucks :/ Rayquaza is my Fav plus, he's one of the Most Powerful Pokemon. The other ones being Mewtwo/Giratina/Deoxys/Arceus. He was created by one of the Developers Hands down. He's also the Mascot of the Hacked Pokemon Game Emerald (A whole different story)

Giving up doesn't always mean your weak. Sometimes it means your just strong enough to let go.

-Move Variety/Versatility
-IVs (Individual Values)

Basically, when you look at the Pokemon that score well based on those criteria, you're looking at Arceus, the best overall.
