If your at the level of web development knowledge that I think you are, then I think you should go check out some tutorial vids. Helping you here would take way too much explaining.

Uhh, use X10hosting. Its not cheap-assed like Webs.

Virus Protection like FireWall® or Norton Security ™ can't block ALL VIRUSES! And, if you use webs, It's toolbar is a virus! Why? "Because webs is safe!" If you use webs, you are helping that virus company to hack enough computers to re-create the Y3K (The thing that was said to disrupt bank machines and bring us back to the dark ages or make someoe rich) bug to get rich!
