I'll set it up for you this evening. The process will eventually be automated, but it's manual now. Go ahead and SDK mail me the temp password you will use. That can be changed later.
I've locked this thread since it's resolved. If anyone else signs up, be aware that until the automation is all set up, it will not be until after I get home from work that everything will be set up. I will message you when it is done and help through the initial tests for email, FTP, and database.
