chatroom glitch

I only have it happen on the computer but not the DSi.

it doesn't happen to me on the computer, but does 99% of the time I'm in the chat-it can be really aggravating for a chat mod when in the room. I use the upper screen when, banning/kicking/warning for some people with diffcult names bc I have an atrocious memory. -.-
