Iron Man would probably win because of his suit. They are both equals intelectually though. So it may be possible for Batman to hack Iron Mans suit or Jarvis.
Ironman by a long shot. But it would still be interesting to see. If the battle last for a while and doesn't just start and end with Tony Stark showing off his cannons to the crowd, then Batman has a chance to devise a plan.
His main plan would be to get in Stark's head and mess with him a little when he tries to please his audience. Embarass him, make him get mad. Though it could be dangerous to send Stark into an all out rampage in his suit of armor, it could also be used as an advantage if he isn't using his head. But Bruce Wayne lacks ways to mess with people because of his lack off humor. But if he does find a way to do so, he has a sleight chance of catching Stark off guard and possible counter attack his rage by dishing out damage to the suit by damage means and over use. Eventually, it may cause Stark's suit to malfunction, leaving him helpless to Batman's ways of CQC and gadget use. Batman took on large hulking beasts, such as killer croc. Dealing with ironman in hand to hand combat would not be as much or as less troublesome as croc, depending on what Stark could still use in a state of malfunction. But, it would be a lot easier than trying to fight him off the ground. Also, evening the odds in batmans abilities, giving him a fair chance at winning.
All in all, it would be a great battle to see. I would be dying to see what Batman would use to his advantage to use the plan I described. It's not always the hard hitters who win. All you need is a good strategy and be able to think quickly when they go beserk.
