@Slagger Piczo.com has a drag-and-drop interface made for those with no/little web design experience. You could start there and progress to learning some code.

Xtreemhost.com is the best.
but use html,php,asp,AJAX,javascript,xhtml,and XML theres alot more but those are recomended
