Affiliates Need Updating?

Most of the links in the Affiliates area are expired, terminated, or lead to ads(Like Vistapanel, worst host.). I suggest that Hull checks the affiliates regularly, and Firematt12 on DSi plaza.

Affiliates are mostly popular because the users discover more sites, for example Dsi Legends(dsi plaza). The reason why i selected DSi Legends: it is easily accesible, ip ban and more

You don't "make" an affiliate site. You simply submit your website to hull and if he finds it good enough it'll be posted in the affiliate area.
