I am in the process of creating an extremely powerful pokemon... With the ability to eliminate up to 20 enemies if it is lucky. That pokemon is a smeargle. Its moveset will be: Sheer Cold, Fissure, guillotine, and horn drill. It will be at level 100... Anybody wanna preorder it? Its not cheap...

the accrucy of those moves are all 30 which sucks, nah im sticking to my evd pokemon

#1, The moves are still quite accurate... It seems to normally hit in my case.
#2 You can obtain one through a trade... Name a pokemon and I'll say yes or no.
#3, Eh, I'm using this as a trading object to help fill my pokedex...
