I don't have it, but if you're an XBOXlive player then this is the game to get. Plus the gameplay looks wicked.
Short Story: My friend went to Gamestop at 12:00 on the day it came out. Then he stayed up until 3:00 playing in an opening tournament. My friend got to the semi-finals. The prize for winner was a trophy, and the winner also got to open a chest, box, w/e, and if it had Halo Reach in it they got to keep it.
