pdw-first,I think it's illegal to record/tape someone secretly, without there permission...even if it isn't, the tapes are not allowed to be used in court. Ricky, I know you have to have a law guardian, My advice is to speak to your law guardian about how you feel. Tell them everything. Also, if & when your mom DOES get full custody,you really shouldn't cut ALL ties with him, instead try visiting him for a bit every once in a while. Your dad isn't a bad man, just asick man-& until he realises he needs treatment, he's going to BE sick. Noone can make him-he has to do it for himself.
