Is telekinesis real?

I have a friend who believes in it but im a little skepitcal, so i broght it to the public.

Tell me what your going to tell me, don't put it in riddles and expect mee to know the answer.

I'm inclined to say no. For humans at least.

Telekinesis (officially psychokinesis), unfortunately, lacks ever having stood up to rigorous scientific tests, despite numerous false claims made to the contrary. Compiled evidence remains sketchy. It has also never been "proven" to a skeptical audience with true success. And many demonstrators are actually magicians and sleight-of-hand practitioners. There are even unclaimed monetary prizes for a demonstration of real PK ability.
