A question regarding signatures.

Well, I have a question about them signatures. Why do we have them here? They serve no purpose at all.
all they do is stretching the page, they are also quite annoying since you sometimes confuse the post with the signature.

well it's main purpose is amusement. you take a funny quote(or make up your own) then type it in. it's usually a saying that people go by.

Well other Internet forums and similar lacks these signatures and everything feels a lot cleaner.

Well, the forums I go to don't and those forums are very well organized and they work perfectly. Signatures stretch the page and that is quite annoying.

It's obvious its not part of the post because it's much lighter. If it really ticks you off enough to wright that much about it, go to those other sites you said worked so great.

A lot of different website uses sig. Its very common, also it seems that you never seen a sig. before.

People may express them selves

and if you ask me you can see something about a person by Reading there signature.

if you get annoyed by the sigs, you can turn them of in your account settings.

In other Bullentin boards where signatures are not used, We actually had to talk to each other. We had threads where you could talk about how you were feeling, you didn't have an annoying page-stretch to inform others of your feelings. I mean, take a look at facepunh.com, it's one of the most mature forum I have visited.

Ok, look. They don't stretch the Page[At least when I have them on], and you can just turn them off in Settings. Also, Everything that PieBoy Said[Straight to the point]. So, stick w/ your Sites that are cleaner. Nobody's forcing you to stay here and be tormented by... [b] Sigs of DOOM...
