admins are promoted as needed. you my friend will probably not get it if you ask. i request a lock for this, because this isn't related to the website and your too lazy to look at the FAQ in the helpdesk.

Actually he didn't specify whether he wanted to find an admin for whatever reason or if he wanted know how to become one.

If you need an admin, for whatever reason there is normally atleast one lurking online.
