Where is everyone?

I have been noticing the chatrooms have been shrinking. I just logged on and there is about 7 people throughout the chatrooms. And its not just normal members its admins to. The few people that are accually in the chatrooms are breaking the rules cause there are no admins around! So where is everyone?

but the big problem is that apparently the admins are addicted to cause the like 7 people accualy in the chatrooms are breakin rules >.>

there are no admins in the chat rooms so the few people that are in the chatrooms are getting away with not cool stuff >.>
