having the paint option AND text formatting would make it as slow as mollasses, if not overloading the dsi. The import feature would be better, using the [image] tags.

Yes, but what I mean is that a dsi browser cannot have background programs. As in opening the paint app while on the library, so the book you are editing is in the backround. I doubt the dsi browser would have enough memory for that, but maybe the 3DS can. The dsi doesn't run like a smart phone, you know.

Memorization of things such as internet addresses is beneficial to the development of the young brain. :D There's nothing wrong with a little brain training.
I'm just messing with you dude. I don't know about you but I'd like to think through and write a good story, then paint illustrations. So maybe after saving your story it takes you a painting app where you paint then insert into the position of your choice. Illustration would be optional, of course.
Saving after you've written is an important one, so you don't lose your story while painting.
In fact; people may want to take some time (a few days, weeks) to write a story, so maybe you can continue to save your progress and paint images until you're ready to finally upload it to the library.
