Yes I can agree but to be honest we don't need to much of a mess over something that doesn't immediately need doing up. My reasons confess that people are perfectly able to read the posts in the blog without any trouble. Don't worry you don't need to explain it in a thread. Its fine

Once the Library is finished and users can submit entries there, deny all short stories and poems and such.

If short stories were to be put in library, then a comment section or something would need to be put into place. Also, there would need a system like the featuring of blogs. There might be a really good story you would like, but you would never know about it.
