I think we should be able to submit our own ideas for events in the chatrooms, and have a new type of admin to check and make sure the event's topic is appropriate. It could work like the Affiliate admin job works.
Hull and Savant keep a rather close eye on chatroom events, so they are pretty selective. Right now, there's no need for that kind of admin, as events subsequently happen rarely.
You know Chatroom Event? Well, occasionally event's happen there(I.e. New year's, ALL CAPS, bible study, etc.) at a certain time. It tells you on the chatroom menu.

Also, this seems mostly like a way for some members too become Admins quick, this is the 3rd idea like this that I've sen since Sunday. They want job openings...

A well planned event is fun, and it wouldn't hurt to have more of them around. I'm for this idea all the way. Events would have to be selected very exclusively though, only the best planned would get accepted.
