I estimate the total of all the games I've played to be around 1500-2000+ hours. That's coming from a former Pokemaniac. Those listed are only half of my played titles as my previously played Special Yellow, Gold, and Crystal were sadly lost in the days of my childhood. ):


@Bipehnyl I'm not sure why you played a lot of versions of basically the same game. But if that number is true, then wow, that is certainly something practically unheard of.

@DethDude I'm speaking of the number hours you've spent playing the Pokemon games, evidenced by the games' time recordings.

I've just realized that logging 85,000 hours is the equivalent of playing the game non-stop for over 9 and a half years. Makes me skeptical.

i had over 400 hours logged on my diamond, which my sh******* brother lost on me, now i just started heart gold and have maybe 10 hours, emerald has 200+ and umm, my others are gone too T-T

The longest record play time was 800:00 hours on Sapphire. I almost completed the game but the clock glitch came. Was unable to go into contest.
