Your router disables all ports to other people, excepting you open one. In this case you have to open port 80. And I would use dyndns if you don't want to resend your ip.
And you need to forward the port on your router from 80 to 37 for exemple if you ISP is blocking ports (Telus, >:( ). In DynDNS, simply replace your IP by your IP:PORT. To edit your router parameters, go to 192.168.0.1 or click Start > Run > ipconfig.exe, get your IP address and replace three last digits by 001.
