Go to tizag.com or w3schools.com and learn the different types of web designing.For example HTML,PHP,AJAX,CSS,CSS3,HTML5,ETC.

Ripping source codes from DSiPaint is illegal Alex.

You'll need HTML first. Then, to creat a community or whatever, you'll need PHP.
Also, for creating a fast and dynamic website, you'll need JavaScript.
And, like Ricky said, W3Schools is the best place to go for tutorials, because it is W3 certified.

yea i know it is but just so u know i did get permission from hull(dont know how many times i gotta say it) and he said that i could have a similar layout.so i saved the page and you cant even tell thats its a copy of the site i think the only thing giving it away is the buttons but i need to change those and the affiliated page i gotta make my own for that 1.

well waist of time I LEARNED NOTHING!!!!!getting told to go to w3schools and learn html,js,php and sql and i finally do and i learn NOTHING!!!!
i read it all on ds too.spent 40min reading and i learned NOTHING!!!

@alex809 There's much more than 40 minutes worth of reading on w3schools. And it's your decision whether or not you're going to learn anything or not; that website is just a learning tool.
