overloads what are they if you become one does it mean u are a overlord admin?

An Overlord is an administrator who has complete control over the website. They are limited to HullBreach, SavantInamorata, Skunkman, MissGiGi, and Mrs. Skunk. For a user to become one is pretty much out of the question.
