Learn

HTML-TO BUILD
CSS-TO MAKE IT LOOK SEXY
PHP-TO HAVE MEMBER FUCTIONS AND MUCH MORE

If you don't know these then learn it.
And hey if you don't want to learn
use webs or wix..

Add on as what you think is a must.

WIX sucks and WEBS sucks cause they suck & WIX is flash therefore NOT COMPATIBLE with the dsi!!

my website dosnt suck check it out.being made from scratch,mostly,theres email checking chatroom being workd on my site will be better than urs.im actually working on it.

im playing runescape latly cause its addicting.

A good sense of design and layout. In other words, what exactly makes the website both aesthetically attractive and functionally appealing. It's much more than knowing the code and using it; it's really about picking good color contrasts, making things easy to click and read, balancing space, and having a good sense of website structure--among other things. These types of things are especially important when making a website designed for specialized browsers.
