This is for those that don't know what it was for.

The event celebi that was givin away exclusivly at gamestop can trigger an event.

This event is as follows:
When you bring your celebi to Ilex Forest[pretty sure that's the name] and interact with the shrine, Celebi will dance around and you friend from town will show up.
Celebi will then teleport you to three years ago.
you will see your Rival talking with a guy about team rocket, the guys later turns outbto be Giovanni.
After they leave, Cekebi will teleport you to a cave, the time is around when Team Rocket takes over the tower. Giovanni will confront you and then battle you. His pokemon are in the 40's. Not much of a challenge.. but be prepaired.
After you win the battle, Giovanni will complain how he lost again to a child and that all his work was for nothing. After he leaves, your friend will whine and complain on how she wants to go back to her time.
Celebi will then teleport you back to the Shrine, your friend will talk for a little bit and then will leave. Leaving you to roam about as you please.
That's all i'm aware of that celebi does for Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

In addition to the Time-Travel portion of it's Triggering, the Celebi also reveals the young boy in Castellia City in Black and White to be Zorua.
