I Think you should be able to change to any chat room you wish to.
/chatswap debug, that was a secret chat, and people were been banned for entering it.
and you can send messages to your friends saying join my chat, /shanice ... ect.

however, other things could be happening in these chats. so you have to look at both views.

The problem with having non-English languages spoken in the normal chatrooms is that it is distracting to users who either do not wish to be involved in a foreign language conversation or do not understand the language.

If that happened, then some chatrooms will be ignored. Then you got 100s of Chatrooms wasted costing Hull more money.
