How many of you "experts" actually know what you're doing?

Many of you trainers claim to be "masters," or at least very good.

How many of you can actually ground that claim? Do you consider your Pokémons' Natures and IVs? Do you EV train? Do you actually prepare for multiple potential threats to your team?

And do you manage all this without cheating? (I'm looking at those of you who do things like Wondertombs and all that bull.)

I'm sorry, but... If you don't, I think you need to take a look at what those of us who are serious put into this.

You want to argue your case to be otherwise? You think your team you raised since you got the game with an Emboar, Unfeazant, Galvantula, and a few others you just caught and carelessly raised is viable?

Prove it. Challenge me. No cheated Pokémon (unless they'd normally be legit and you're just speeding things up). No unnatural Pokémon like Wonder Guard Spiritomb (KingofDarkness, I'm looking at you, I've heard the accusations) or Scrappy Miltank. Beat me fair and square in a single battle and maybe I'll concede my point.

Yes, there are many like what you described. I'd say I'm a "master" (along with several other users, including RaptorofDoom and others) since I can pretty much prepare for any eventuality (namely, any type), and have a nigh unstoppable strategy, along with EV trained 'mons. :) I'd love to battle you some time.

Cool. My team on Black isn't complete as far as creating something with synergy (because I usually battle on simulators like Pokémon Online), but I'm almost done creating a team with 6 Level 100s that were raised properly. Enough to take out casuals, but it may not withstand a proper competitive team yet until I start replicating my PO team. :P

But if you want to battle, I'm available right now, haha. Just let me know and I'll pop into the Wi-Fi room.

I'd consider myself a 'master'. i useall legends, but pokemon are pokemon, i just use pokemon with fancy 'names'

I too have been beaten quite a few times, despite being a (self proclaimed :P ) "master". Go to the Serebii.net chats and there's almost certainly someone who will be better than you. Admittedly, I was new to competitive battling when I frequented the site's chat.
